Ready Randy’s is a dynamic and thriving dining establishment dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. We take pride in our commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious and memorable dishes.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic Cooks to join our culinary team on a full-time or part-time basis. The Cook will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to our recipes and standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food and looking to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines
• Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning ingredients
• Follow proper cooking techniques and temperature standards to ensure food safety and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing work areas
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
• Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences to the best of your ability
• Contribute to menu development and brainstorming new dish ideas with the culinary team

Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
• Food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
