Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, and fast-paced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, crafts high-quality beverages, and helps create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately
• Check customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Monitor guest behavior and address concerns professionally
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred (1+ years ideal)
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to [25–50 lbs]
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol

Schedule Requirements

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
