Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes consistently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating
  • Properly store food and label items according to guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [25–50 lbs]
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Schedule Requirements

  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexible schedule preferred
