Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate provides excellent service, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and helps create a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to [25–40 lbs]
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol (if applicable)

Schedule Requirements

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Flexible scheduling preferred
